Australian Design Institute Award 2004
Furniture and Lighting
The Design Institute of Australia clarifies Fatfile® designed by Paul Morris as "The design makes a bold aesthetic statement which sits beautifully in the modern office environment.
Robustness, permanence and inscrutability of form, and finish is communicated through its simple, clean strong lines. Often overlooked in furniture design, this range demonstrates that office storage units can present a strong sense of individuality. The design conveys a dependability and quality with an elegance that is visually calming and well grounded"

Aesthetically, Fatfile® designed by Paul Morris is about fatness of structure, fatness of styling and space; presented as a seamless, sculptural whole.
