Over 2 days at L’Aqua Sydney 15th & 16th March 2017 The Public Sector Workplace Innovation Summit featured stories from change leaders about the lessons learnt from recent workplace journeys. The forum discussed ways culture and space impacts the performance of Australian organisations providing examples of evolving workplaces that have transitioned effectively towards improved creativity, engagement and collaboration.

The summit explored topics such as overcoming hierarchy by creating a dynamic workplace, creating a property strategy to align with company goals, how to increase staff involvement when and creating a project team for a successful workplace transition. Discussions also focused on how to strategically incorporate technology within the office to improve staff connection and collaboration whilst maintaining productivity in the new model.
