Cindy James joins Planex

Planex is pleased to announce that Cindy James will be joining our team as the Account Manager for NSW, Australia.

Cindy has over 17 years of experience across the furniture industry specialising in the workplace sector. From 2001 – 2018 Cindy operated her own successful commercial furniture business including two commercial showrooms. Her success came from providing sophisticated workplace solutions across Australia’s D&C (Design & Construct), A&D (Architect & Design), CRE and corporate contracts and helping clients grow and evolve their workplace. As an accomplished design manager, Cindy has previously specified Planex products in her own business and from years of experience knows our products very well.

Cindy cycled the globe unsupported in 2019. Not metaphorically – she literally cycled all day every day around the world. Whilst cycling, she thought about quitting approximately 1000 times. But despite the high winds, extreme altitudes and temperatures, mental and physical fatigue, and trail mix overdose, she just kept going. She is that kind of person. Once she says she’ll do something, it will happen. She put’s that same perseverance into her work. As well as cycling, Cindy enjoys the outdoors, travelling, dog walking and spending time with her family and friends.
