Designed by Gray Puksand to promote wellness and human connection, 60 Margaret Street, is a striking model of 80s modernist architecture set in the heart of Sydney. Providing the best of corporate, retail and transport options available, the building features majestic views of Wynyard Park and the surrounding CBD cityscape.
Planex partnered with Mirvac and Metra to deliver a world-class End-of-Trip Facility featuring bike racks, multiple storage lockers and secure parking for 142 undercover on-site parking bays. Planex’s xLocker2 System was specified to provide end-of-journey storage for commuters. Locker doors were customised with a selection of monochromatic powder coat finishes in white, grey and black, and acoustic rated Linea perforations were integrated on locker doors to reduce interior noise.
