Baumgart Clark has completed a project for Xavier College with the transformation of six original circa 1960 rooms into four state-of-the-art classrooms and two House rooms that can be adapted to meet a variety of requirement. The total refit included full-height glazing, sliding doors that open up and close off spaces, acoustic felt board blades affixed to the ceiling and carpet tiles on the floor.

Rows of custom coloured and textured xLocker2 lockers were installed in the House rooms to help contain bags and books.
